The only problem I had with them was that I put in an order the day before a gift card expired but they did not process it. But customer support was very nice about it and got me my order and gave me $5 extra for my trouble. And they are Heroscapers.com site supporters, so that is good, although so are HouseMouseGames, CoolStuffInc. and some others.

I really like them. Fast shipping unless it goes USPS but that problem is with my local post office. They don't deliver packages to me just a note that I have one at the p.o.

I've never had any complaints.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
