OK, I think now that we're bringing in another powerful Black Lantern beyond Black Hand and the chump Uncommons, we might need to revisit the synergies Scar offers. I'm definitely powering Spectre down a lot based on the combination, but I think we should consider making some tweaks on Scar's end as well, just to make sure she's lifting up the Uncommons rather than overpowering all the other Black Lanterns to come.

THE SCARRED GUARDIAN

If there is at least one Order Marker on this card, you may add or subtract 2 whenever you roll the 20-sided die for another Undead card and all Unique Black Lanterns you control add 1 die to their Attack.

THE BLACK LANTERN CORPS
Instead of taking a turn with this Guardian of the Universe, you may choose a Unique Black Lantern you control within 4 clear sight spaces and place a black Battery Marker on its card, if possible. If an enemy figure that is not an Android, Construct, or Undead would be destroyed by this Guardian of the Universe's attack or special power, place a black Battery Marker on each Black Lantern card you control, if possible.

She would still work well in a Black Hand/Spectre army on the power of the D20 boost, the auto-woudns, and being able to charge them up when she kills someone, but she wouldn't get to keep charging them up on her turn and wouldn't add to their attack boost. She'd only do that for the Uncommons and any Unique Heroes we add. I think these changes would make a lot of sense for keeping her where we want her to be and won't really invalidate any of her testing.

Against the first tweak as that would cut out Black Hand, fine with the second as it wouldn't have changed anything (Black Hand starts out fully charged). Charging up Spectre was my biggest competitive worry so it makes sense to eliminate that possibility.

Works for me. I'm also starting Spectre at his ceiling going forward, but Scar recharged Black Hand in the middle of the last game I played and it was a back breaker, so I think that'll be a solid change.

Sounds like we can make that without too much worry since it didn't affect testing?
