I wonder if it would be better for the auto-wound thing to come before the move thing in the middle power? Might make it a bit more clear they're unconnected effects.

Also not sure if we want to have his enemy picking thing match up with Battlebeast more. Kinda depends on if I knew what I was doing when I worded Battlebeast.

I kinda prefer the other way around as this reads more backwards to me, but I'm cool either way.

TRY TO OUTRUN DEATH
Whenever Black Flash ends its movement adjacent to its Quarry, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 11 or higher, its Quarry receives one wound. Immediately after the opponent who controls Black Flash's Quarry finishes their player turn, you may move Black Flash up to 4 spaces.

I do like this wording for Speed Reaper more, basing it off of Battle Beast.

SPEED REAPER
At the start of the game, choose a figure to be Black Flash's Quarry. When choosing Black Flash's Quarry, you must choose an enemy Unique or Event Hero on the battlefield with the highest Move number listed on its card. When its Quarry is destroyed, remove 1 Wound Marker from this card, and choose another figure to be Black Flash's Quarry.
