Whoever came up with the idea/mechanic for Neutral characters gets a tip of my hat for a great idea. I wasn't so sure that the "dungeon crawl" motif would be strong enough to hold my gaming groups' attention for more than a few games before we went back to free-for-alls. Particularly since I wasn't sure how the dungeon crawl mechanics would scale up to four or five players. Now I'm having visions of dungeon crawl free-for-alls involving multiple small parties, multiple Neutral figures, giant boards with multiple "rooms", and artifacts to hunt down and race back to the exit with. Nice job on finding some elegant mechanics to extend the game in an interesting way.

The "Marked for Vengeance" scenario looks like a blast, but I think I'll ban Cyprien and Theracus while playing it.

Well, I guess you could win in on the first order marker with Ornak, Brunak, and Cyprien, but only if your opponent picked Cyprien as the marked hero (which if I saw this combination on the board, I probably wouldn't pick Cyprien as the marked hero -- but then again...).

Plus if you "exit" a figure, it is removed from the game. Removing Cyprien quickly and then finding out he isn't the marked hero would really put you at a disadvantage for the remaining figures.

The more I think about this scenario, the more I like it. Lots of strategery going on: from the "defender" postion 1) what hero do you "mark", 2) do you go after the mark right away or bluff and go after a "decoy", etc.; from the "escapee" 1) try to out guess who was picked as the mark, 2) don't exit too soon or may handicap your army if you guessed wrong, etc.
