Maybe something akin to what C3G did with Conan.

CIMMERIAN CLIMBING
When moving normally up levels of height to move onto a space with Conan, do not count a space for the first level. If Conan moves two or fewer spaces, you may count up to 15 levels of height as one space. You may ignore Conan's height of 5 when climbing.

Thanks, but I'm looking for something cleaner and more official looking than that.

CLIMB POWER (C5)
Faith may move through all figures and is never attacked for leaving an engagement. When moving up levels of terrain, Faith ignores height limits.

Perhaps there is room for something like

CLIMB POWER (C5)
Faith may move through all figures and is never attacked for leaving an engagement. When moving up levels of terrain, Faith ignores height limits and ignores elevation changes of 4 or less.

This allows her to 'fly' across broken terrain and seemingly leap over height changes of 4 or less. She only has to spend movement to climb elevations of 5+ which would be her max with 6 move.

@Tornado Interesting thoughts, but the prime reason for even including a leap would not be affected by that version.
Imagine 45 7-hex pieces stacked together to represent a city building. And a second tower 2 or more spaces away from the first. Faith should be able to leap from one to the other, leaving most pursuers standing at the edge unable to follow.

SWING LINE 4
Instead of a normal move, Spider-Man may use his Swing Line. Swing Line has a move of 4. When counting spaces for Spider-Man's Swing Line movement, ignore elevations. This original design could be further modified by tech my Kumiko.
