No competitive concerns from me. Bo staff can get pretty crazy with enough attack boosts (Enchantress+ Star Lord+ Cap+ plus his own Staff Vault bonus can get you double attack of 8, triple of 7 etc.), but so can a lot of things.

I definitely agree with limiting him to a pool of 'tech glyphs' or what have you instead of 'IDW glyphs'. It's far easier to balance, and 'IDW glyphs' is pretty weird thematically anyway. IDW doesn't have a shared universe, it would be odd for him to start with a Sonic Screwdriver, or a Element of Harmony, or the Mirari, or the Matrix of Leadership, or any of a number of things from the gazillion different licenses IDW has.

IDW actually does have a shared universe. I haven't read them but the turtles have helped fight Cthulhu and teamed up with the Ghostbusters.

But anyways, I think we'll just stick with the glove. It's his favorite gadget in the IDW series and he can still get bonuses for the others if he picks them up.

Those were all special crossover things, and IIRC neither of the Infestation events actually have anyone interacting with anyone else, they're all just fighting the same threat independently in their own universes. I know for a fact the Transformers never interacted with anything but the threat in both instances at least. The Ghostbuster one specifically says they're transported to a different universe too. At best, it's a shared multiverse, which is not remotely the same-thing at all.

I think that's probably the best way to go, as far as balance and testing in general goes.

It's a nice medium-strong glyph. I could see us maybe including it in the glyph pool for our tournaments.

(Our current pool is Power Gem, E-mag Rings, Cosmic Control Rod, and Shield Belt.)

It's a lab/terrier mix. He's a rescue from the shelter and is needing tons of attention right now.

I've run two 600-point army tests and 150 looks about right for now. (I just updated the SP.) If either or both of you want to run an army test, I'd be appreciative. It may be a while before I get some time again.
