Exactly. We're getting a lot of applications for very few positions. Obviously, most will not be picked for those spots but a lot of these applicants would make great temporary members down the line.

Oh, I was never suggesting the public should vote on anything, just that we could let them know of our progress. I figured some people might like knowing they were finalists even if they didn't make the cut. But I'm cool with just holding off and announcing the final results too.
And I agree that it's going to take us a while. You guys are all awesome, so lots of Sophie's choice going on.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Just thought I should clarify this, based on the PMs I've been getting: The Art Team's primary focus is to make cards. This means we need people with Photoshop/GIMP experience and a demonstrated talent of making high-quality cards.

We don't currently have a sculpting/painting/drawing team, but those that applied, rest assured we will keep your names in case we do create such teams in the future.

And if you haven't applied yet, let's get on the ball people!

Well I don't think it'd hurt to name members before that. I think if we wait too long to even do that, we'll lose a lot of the excitement built up for this. We definitely won't be finishing or releasing any designs until some time in 2011 though ...
