Here are the 14 cards that Mr. N pointed out, with the powers below. Where applicable, I inserted "before?/after? rolling for initiative," which seems to be the case for all of them. You can debate which direction is best for the designs. If Thanos is placed after rolling initiative, that gives you more strategic control over where you'd like to place him, depending on whether you win or lose initiative. If Robin is after initiative, Ozymandias can't tell where all your numbered order marker are when using SMiTW, though he can probably figure it out pretty easily most of the time.

S.W.O.R.D. RECRUITMENT
Before rolling for initiative, if at least one Order Marker is on this card, you may choose one non-human Unique Hero you control. For this round the chosen Hero's class is Agent, instead of what is listed on its card.

At the start of the game, you may choose a Hell Lord you control to be Evil Ernie's Beloved. When placing Order Markers for the round, you may place an additional Order Marker 1 on his Beloved's card as long as there is at least one Order Marker on this card. You may reveal that Order Marker normally on your turn instead of your other Order Marker 1.

If Falcon is not engaged and can use his Flying special power, you may add 2 to your initiative roll for each enemy figure within 6 clear sight spaces of Falcon, to a maximum of +6.

CAN’T LOOK AWAY
Start the game with 4 red Mesmerization Markers on this card. After rolling for initiative, you may choose up to X Heroes within 4 clear sight spaces of Looker, where X equals the number of unrevealed Order Markers on this card, and place a Mesmerization Marker on each of the chosen Heroes' cards. A chosen Hero with one of your Mesmerization Markers on its card cannot have clear sight on any figure except Looker. Figures with the Blind Warrior special power are not affected by Can't Look Away. At the end of the round, return all of Looker’s Mesmerization Markers to this card.

After rolling for initiative, if there is at least one Order Marker on this card, you may choose an opponent's Unique Hero. For this round, all other Yakuza, Assassin, and Ninja Heroes you control add 1 to their Attack numbers when attacking the chosen Hero with a normal attack. At the end of the round, if the chosen Hero is not destroyed, you must destroy one other Yakuza, Assassin, or Ninja Hero you control.

Start the game with a white Avenger Marker. If another figure places an Avenger Marker on this card, you may place Rick's Avenger Marker on that figure's card. After rolling for initiative, if Rick Jones is within 4 clear sight spaces of an enemy figure, you may reveal an "X" Order Marker on the card of a friendly Hero that is a Gamma Mutate or has an Avenger Marker on its card. If you do, for the remainder of the round, enemy figures cannot target Rick for an attack or special power if they could target that friendly figure instead.

After rolling for initiative, you may reveal an "X" Order Marker on this card. After revealing an Order Marker on any other Titan or Sidekick you control in clear sight of Robin, before taking a turn with that figure, if there is a revealed "X" Order Marker on this card, you may take a turn with Robin. You may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.

Spurned By Death can only be used once per game.

I handled Scarlett, discussing that one in the On Deck thread. The Guardians don't seem to need an update at all cause they are saying you can't place order markers at the start of the round which is accurate wording.

Looks like Looker was tested as after rolling for initiative.

Merlyn doesn't really matter. I might just say after for more succinct wording?

I don't think Rick Jones super matters either. Letting it be after rolling for initiative makes him synergize with Captain America (II), which I think is cool, so that'd be my preference.

Only 5 left!
For Falcon, Cyclps II is after rolling for initiative, and Iron Man (Avengers) is When rolling for initiative. Cyclops II is based on OM placement, and IM is based on # of Avenger Marker figures.

Ozymandias and Detective Chimp are both Before rolling for initiative, so Evil Ernie might be better off as After rolling for initiative, to give powers like those less of an edge.

Yes, the "At the start of the round," clause can definitely be chopped from Looker, Merlyn, and Rick Jones.

Sweet. Once we get those all resolved and compiled, should basically be a copy and paste proposal for the Heroes like Tickle wanted. Then he can copy and paste his nay and hopefully get outvoted and we can move on.
