Wasn't against the using them for area control or anything, btw. Probably the only thing that'd make me consider bringing them outside of someone like Toyman. Not worth the cognitive load for a 5 point filler otherwise.

Hit and Run: 32 attempts only 7 successes (slightly below expectation)

This was a cluster of a game. Martian Manhunter was rolling an average of 4 blanks per directive for the first two rounds, but the Enforcers managed to wade through the sea of cars to take him out. Kraven was making progress towards his target of Big Man and got a few wounds on Fancy Dan, killing him. The cars spread a few wounds onto the other Enforcers, but Kraven fell to Montana and Ox leaving the cars to be wildly inefficient.

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Montana with 3 wounds and Ox with 4.

Hit and Run: 28 attempts with 8 wounds (slightly above average)

Manhunter rolled worse this game, but having Red Tornado fly over the cards and fling them into the turtles was pretty cool. Getting autowounds on the turtles is really valuable but they have multi attacks to clear out the cars. Killing Leonardo after their Turtle Power turn in round 3 really swung things into the favor of the JL here. Red Tornado took out Mikey and Raph during that round and at the start of the next round. From there the JL had an easy time of finishing off Donatello by the end of the 4th round

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Red Tornado with 3 wounds, Martian Manhunter with 4 wounds and 5 cars left

Units: Wiccan and Hulkling with the Glyph and 20 Remote Control Cars (500) VS Captain Cold (II), Abra Kadabra, Weather Wizard (II) (500)

Hit and Run: 31 attempts with 9 wounds

Had Wiccan start with the glyph, but fairly early in round 2 Abra got a wound onto Wiccan and stole the Glyph. Not that it did anyting for them but the cars were pretty useful and and Rogues were able to keep the remote away from the couple. Captain Cold still got rammed to death by the cars.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: They're fairly useless without a way to move multiple of them per turn and even if they do get a wound in you also lose that car. They felt fine at 5 points even with these spammy armies. In practice I'd probably bring ~5 of them with other better toys that I plan to design.

Just to be clear, since you mentioned losing the car if it gets a wound, have you been playing them as always trading wounds? They only take a wound if they hit something with Super Strength as written.

You're right I did misplay that. I think it will probably end up being wound trading more often than not in normal games, but against the Rogues they would have survived the wounds at least.

They’re significantly better against non-SS armies yeah. But significantly for them does not equal a significant threat to non-SS armies

For sure, I think in practice though you're going to want to hit the figures with SS cause getting wounds on them in games is generally more valuable so I like the trade-off there. Just misread the reuse.

Oh one thing I was thinking about here actually, should we let the Remote control take temporary control of Common Android figures? Would be more thematic if Toyman loses it that the Heroes could pick it up and control the car from the other side.
