Re: The HoSS Cantina
Personally, and I know i'll get a lot of argument against it, i'd like to see a spin-off for General Grievous. Show us more about him. All we know from the movies is he's a lizard like creature that is basically nothing but organs inside of jars and an exoskeleton. Why? How did he become such a powerful general? As for the actual question, i'd like to see the Yoda spin-off. A lot of potential there.

Re: The HoSS Cantina
I just saw my first Star Wars movie through to the end! It was... The Phantom Menace!
Absolutely awful. About 20 minutes of good stuff (the pod racing, the Maul fight, some of the Palpatine string-pulling) in an ocean of bad CG, wooden acting/dialogue, and meandering plot. Glad to have it out of the way, though! JOHNNY139'S CLASSIC CUSTOM THREAD! | Visit now!

Re: The HoSS Cantina
About time Johnny! Don't worry, Attack of the Clones is worse (though it's debatable).
My girlfriend and I also recently watched all 6 movies again in preparation for Episode 7. I'm so pumped! I bought an epic Kylo Ren t-shirt at Michaels for $5 on Black Friday. And my dad and I are going to the theatre in Jedi robes. |

Re: The HoSS Cantina
Sweet. I went to comic con last May (in Minneapolis) as a Sith Lord and I think I'll be wearing the same outfit when I go see the Force Awakens next month.

Re: The HoSS Cantina
You got a pick of that YK?
I never took you for a costume guy. I know I have considered wearing something for Gen Con but have never found the right costume. Black robes are up my alley though. Re: The HoSS Cantina
Yeah we took a bunch of pics, I'll see what I can do about posting one a bit later on. The plan was for me to go as Emperor Palpatine but I didn't really want to completely shave my beard or wear all the white make-up on my face. I was wearing these sweet Red/Orange/Yellow color contacts that made my eyes look strikingly similar to Palpatines in the RotJ. They don't really pop on the camera but they do in real life. I then reused the robes & eyes for a wizard costume when we went to the Renaissance Fair a few months ago and again on Halloween. The contacts are only good for 1 year so I'm getting my money's worth out of them.

Love those robes. Where did you get them?
Sweet Emperor's Guard pic. They are my favorite characters from Star Wars. Awesome Firefly Zoe. A cloud can change its semblance, yet retain its will With the intimacy of destruction, One knows what it is to be alive The empty sky holds no reflection, for sorrow - Eslo Rudkey |

Re: The HoSS Cantina
A friends mom made them from a pattern she bought somewhere online. I bought something like 4 yards of cloth at Hobby Lobby and gave her some money to do all the cutting and sewing.
