I would have to say a 5 point unit would be a unit with all 1's no special abilities.. hmm what would be it's model representation? That is the question...

Perhaps a slow burning grass fire?
How about a sharped tooth snail?
A rabid kitten?
A rattle snake?
A swarm of gnats? I hate gnats.
A midget body guard?
A floating cloud of fart gas?
A three legged bear?.. nope to many points..

I've brought this up before, but I still think that we don't truly understand how point costs are really assigned by the designers. If this same question had been asked about a 10 point figure about a year ago, I don't think anyone would have suggested a figure like Isamu. If presented with a custom like that, I believe almost everyone would guess at a point cost higher than 10. Given that, I think the designers would be able to create a half-way decent figure for 5 points, though I don't know if they have any desire to do so.

First Aid- Roll the d20 for one friendly adjacent figure. 1-14, nothing happens, 15-20, remove 1 wound.

That is a good start but I think the required roll is a bit high, I would say a 12 or higher.

It would not be as cheap as Isamu but if used right could be devastating. It would be an elf because well, a few elves are scouts, I think, and would recieve a bonus from Mittens.
