The frame w/o the Faction tag should be used if there's no Faction. (should be a toggle for each one)

For longer publishers, it might be best to cut to the 2nd line? So that way they don't go beyond the frame? As long as it stays centered, I'd give that a try.

hmmm I don't have his file.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
