I know these guys are already pretty competitive, so I don’t think there’s a ton of room for buffs. But maybe it’s something we could tweak?

I get where you are coming from thematically, but I think that gets pretty dangerous mechanically when you start stacking them with other revival figures.

The walker/roamer/lurker names are pretty Walking Dead specific. So you'd want to find new unique names for all 3. I personally like the WD theme on these. I'm also not worried about them being totally dead once you kill them all. Being defeated isn't death anyway for the most part, so its easy to thematically handwave.
