Since I told him as a late addition to just choose two of the old catergories for which the rest of us had already built our armies, K.'s armies are thematically duplicates of two others, and we see how two different players made them up. Both have some of the more popular cards/characters in their themes as follows. The common cards chosen by both players were:

Women Only (Kolakoski and Thrasher Darkrai)

Eltahale, Warriors of Ashra (multiples)

We usually determine game teams randomly. It will be interesting to see if any of these alternate interpretations fight together or against each other in the upcoming two games! The odds are that they will!

chas, I'm guessing that Sherman has plenty of Romans and will supply his own. Will Thrasher be bringing his own WoA or do you have enough for both of us? Another guess on my part is that having "alternate interpretations fight together or against each other" would be undesirable. Or do you actually want this to happen? Either way, as game master, you could arbitrarily choose which armies will be arrayed against each other in each of the anticipated two games.

P.S.: I am guessing that Sherman's handicapping himself in terms of points was in some way a reflection of how difficult it was to determine what categories some units were permitted to be in.
