Instead of moving and attacking with Nightshade, if Nightshade is unengaged, you may choose up to 2 unengaged friendly figures adjacent to Nightshade. You don't move one figure both 10 and 11 spaces though. You read through the bullet points once for each figure moved, not once for all figures moved.

But I think the ‘grammatically correct’ option;
A) is inconsistent with how things have been done in both C3G and Classic. Maybe I’m wrong, but every card I’ve seen has used the 2 ‘Ands’ style wording.
B) actually harms clarity instead of adding to it. The 2 ‘Ands/Ors’ wording helps make it clear the bullet points are separate options.

I don’t like the idea of sacrificing consistency and clarity for this ultimately meaningless concept of grammatical correctness. I’ve not seen any proof that grammatical correctness actually does any good here, other than providing a vague sense of satisfaction that we did things the “proper” way.

Maybe it’s just a philosophical difference, but it just seems like blind adherence to a set of rules without actually considering what’s best for the situation.

You could go even simpler with:

When dealing with bullet points, any text that remains the same in the first part of each option, can just be stated once before the decision point.

Except you are checking for each figure moved, not once for all figures moved, thus the or makes sense.

This looks good, except for changing that last "and" to an "or".
