That's a good suggestion, thanks for commenting. Not sure which power it would work in and I really like the current power set.

I'd like to base Solovar's inspiration more on Spartacus' Gladiator Inspiration:
If all Order Markers for a round are placed on Gladiator Army Cards, and at least one Order Marker is placed on Spartacus, then all Gladiators you control (except Spartacus) become inspired. Inspired Gladiators add one to their Move number and add 1 extra attack die and defense die for the rest of the round.

Something more along the lines of this for Solovar:
If all Order Markers for a round are placed on Simian Army Cards, and at least one Order Marker is placed on Solovar, then all Simians you control (except Solovar) become inspired. Inspired Simians add two to their Move number and add 1 extra defense die for the rest of the round or until Solovar receives one or more wounds.

I definitely feel that inspired Simians should get a movement boost.

I knew I was forgetting something! Why do I always forget that! Don't mind my anger, I'm already mad from some personal affairs.

Anywho, I think that's a great idea. I wanted to model it after the Gladiators, but I wanted to change it up a little but, so I changed the wording and took out the attack boost. But I didn't even think of movement.

The mini has white sideburns, but comic art is extremely hard to come by for him. I'm thinking of going with the UN picture at this point, unless something better is found.

I like it too, and although adding a simple text line would fix the problem, I'm not sure if it'll work.

Back to the Johnny argument, the class of King currently has no benefits whatsoever, whereas Telepath has many, which is why I chose Telepath in the first place.

Eh...maybe, but it definitely can't go into Negotiation or Psycho Defense since those powers are re-used from other cards.

(I like the power not working against Telepaths better, because it lets Grodd counter him).

And there's our solution! Thanks! Poofing against Telepaths lets his Gorilla citizens overrule him, and the Grodd factor is a perfect theme fit.

Should he have low range, like 3-4, to represent mental attacks? Or does he do that?

The lower stats are kind of surprising, but I guess that's because he'd likely be inspired (if we're going with Tickle's idea) and has the defense bonus.

Also, he should probably have 5 life to stay consistent with the other apes (and he's kind of an old monkey, right?).

I think he pretty much uses his Telepathic powers for communication (inspiration) and defensive purposes. He's a pretty peaceful guy (thus negotiation) so I prefer him just melee for range.

I'm down with 5 life, though, given his survivability otherwise.

I think you're getting a bit greedy on Simian Inspiration. 2 to move? Most simians have 6 move anyway.
