Oh, one thing - shouldn't he be a Pig, not a Mutate? With non-human species, even if they're "enhanced," we tend to default to the base. (TMNT are Turtles despite being mutated, a mutant Skrull is just a Skrull, so on. Cyborgs are the big exception.)

Yeah if you want to be technical he should be a Spider. But I think Mutate is fine. Keeps him similar to the other Spider-folks.

Clearly his species should be Cartoon.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: He's certainly a fun little character, He proved to be annoying to take down for the X-Men as he rolled well on his defense for a bit but his offense output isn't that strong. I liked how he felt at 150 points.
