Object Bio - The Green Central Power Battery, was built by the immortal Guardians of the Universe after they had abandoned their home world of Maltus and settled on the planet Oa. This massive device served as a reservoir for all of their combined cosmic power which was based on the Green Light of Will in the Emotional Spectrum. At some point in its early history, the Guardians captured the fear elemental known as the Parallax Entity and trapped it within the Central Power Battery. Today, it is used to power the Green Power Batteries used by the Green Lantern Corps. (Green Lantern Wiki, 2020)

Start the game with one Glyph of Green Power Battery and eight green Battery Markers on this card. Instead of attacking, a Unique Hero adjacent to the Green Central Power Battery may equip the Glyph of Green Power Battery.

GREEN ENERGY RECHARGE
Instead of attacking with a figure within 4 spaces of this object, you may move one green Battery Marker on this card onto that figure's Army Card. You may never place more green Battery Markers on an Army Card than were on that card at the start of the game.

AURA OF WILLPOWER
Figures within 8 spaces of this object cannot have their Attack numbers reduced by any special power and gain the Fearless personality in addition to what is listed on their card.

Some suggested tweaks:

Start the game with one Glyph of Green Power Battery on this card. After revealing an Order Marker on the Army Card of an adjacent figure, you may place a Glyph of Green Power Battery from this card on to that figure's card, if possible. If a Glyph of Green Power Battery would be removed from the game, instead place it on this card.

Do we want to have any restriction on who can carry the Green Power Battery? Unique Heroes at least, probably?

Whatever language we go with for preventing attack and defense reduction should be consistent across Aura of Willpower and Green Power Battery. Not sure what precedent we have in past cards.

Yes, but that doesn't mean you can't place the glyph on other cards. Seems less confusing to just specify Unique Hero.

Ok. I thought the if possible clause would cover that and if a figure already had a Glyph equipped. Seems like most of the issues are just wording tweaks.

For sure. I guess you could say to equip them if possible. I don't think putting the glyph on their card completely equates with equipping them. One leads to another but isn't exactly the same as it.

But, yeah, I'm good with the mechanical approach here.

Probably want to directly tag the Heroes.

Posting in Outer Sanctum and then tagging the Heroes there or in the thread has been the typical procedure. We at least have moved away from PMing them.

Still not a super huge fan of the different timings on the DO and Glyph allowing you to regain 2 Markers per turn. That's just 2 turns to completely recharge from 0 Markers to 4, and those turns aren't even completely wasted, seeing as you can still create Constructs or take a turn with a Guardian. It also just seems way cleaner if the timing to regain a Marker on the big Battery and the little one are identical.

We can probably drop the 8 in the first power name, right?

To go from 0 to 4 in 2 turns you have to be adjacent to the Power Battery and pick up the Glyph again.

We can totally drop the 8.

Why does this have such high Life and Defense?

Also, should it have a size?
