1. Tons of materials for making Hasbro-quality customs. Lots of plastic plant and tree stuff, including high-quality Bonzais, a bunch of authentic Ticalla plants of various types, and those really cool Acacia trees made out of the good plastic. And boatload of the Zerbos accessories (well over a hundred).
2. A ton of superhero (C3G) customs. Dozens and dozens, with many squads of stuff like SHIELD, Science Police, etc.). First person to make me a big fat offer will probably get the whole shebang.
3. A crapload of high-quality clix and accessories for the Marvel Cinematic Universe project I never finished. Tons of figures for SHIELD, Hydra, and other factions, mostly in the movie style rather than comic book style. Boatloads of different Iron Man figures for several units of House Party squads. A bunch of Chitauri, Extremis, regular soldiers, and ther units to make 4-5 playable factions. Super-high-quality, hard-to-find vehicles for Nick Fury's SHIELD SUV and Phil Coulson's Lola. Plus all my plans and (if you want them) Photoshop templates for the army cards. I'm biased, but they are gorgeous. I'll be posting all this after I get my regular 'Scape catalogued and priced. There's several hundred dollars' worth of goodness here and I'll probably let it all go for a fraction of the cost.
4. Pricing: In general, for all the regular 'Scape, I'm going to use eBay values as a starting point and then reduce the price from there. If you want something specific but I haven't had time to price it yet, please don't ask me how much; just make an offer. To make a successful offer, look at the recent going prices on eBay (not asking prices, those are rubbish; look at actual sales — but please don't think I'm talking about basing your offer on the lowest possible price you can find) and reduce a little from there. The more you want, the better the discount.
5. Basically, just be reasonable ... I'm not desperate and this is not a fire sale. I have the time and patience to do right by my family and turn this obsession back into some much-needed house repairs. I'm easy to work with, but I'm not stupid. If you wave $20 under my nose for $50 worth of stuff, I'm not gonna go for that. (I might not even respond to the "offer.") On the other hand, if you offer me $40 for $50 worth of stuff, and you live in the U.S., and you already have a PayPal balance so I don't have to pay fees, I'll probably welcome your offer.
6. Which reminds me ... preference will be given to those with U.S. shipping addresses. I'm really sorry, but after years of suffering the consequences of shipping overseas, the novelty has long since worn off. I can still do it ... but don't drive a super-hard bargain on price and then at the last minute announce that you live half a world away and you want me to do all kinds of tricks to get you out of paying customs. If you don't have a U.S. shipping address, that should be the first item in our conversation. (It's not an automatic deal-breaker unless I find out about it after we've come to terms on price.)
7. And like I said before, larger groups of items get precedence. If you want a couple of heroes for $6, please don't expect rush shipping. If all goes well, I'll be pretty busy sending out big orders where I'm not basically losing money on the time, packing materials, and PayPal fees.

Whew, that's a lot of words. Obviously it will be easier to just wait until I have things priced. But if you want to get first crack at something, and you're willing to do a little price research and make me a reasonable offer, then there's your change to jump to the front of the line.

Trading

Usually, we each pay our own shipping in a trade. If both parties have excellent trade references, we can ship at the same time; otherwise, the less experienced trader ships first. Make sure you pack securely to eliminate motion within the package, or things could show up damaged. (That never gets you on my good list.)

Selling

I always prefer to trade, but am willing to sell if you're realistic about values. I'll generally sell a bit below the going rate (eBay, Auggie's, whatever makes sense). Buyer pays shipping in this case. If you want to buy something outright, make me an offer; that's how I'll know whether you're a serious buyer or just hoping I don't know what things are worth. On the other hand, if you didn't read this paragraph (or thought I didn't really mean it) and ping me with a casual request for prices, don't be surprised to get a slow response.

Generally, negotiations should be handled via PM (posts like these don't have much value to the Scapers community, and will quickly become "old noise" in trade threads), but I don't think I am interested in selling at those prices. As my list says, although I usually prefer to trade, I am willing to sell, but not at prices significantly below current values. Thanks for the offer, though.
