I think Soul Swap was (at least originally) intended to be a Unique Hero swap. Someone would have to look back at the testing and see if it was used there to swap non-Heroes for Heroes.

Yeah, it clarifies the opponents figure must be a unique hero but your figure is left open. I just Soul Swapped a Fire Ant Swarm in my game today, which was pretty funny to see someone get blocked trying to kill them considering they have just 1 def. A bit surprised that during the reevaluation process it wasn't decided to limit Soul Swap to Unique Heroes for both sides.

Take a turn with the chosen Hero. During this turn, the chosen Hero has Super Strength, and adds 1 to its Attack number.

SOUL SWAP
Once per game, if a figure you control without the Mental Shield special power that is within 4 clear sight spaces of Enchantress is attacked by an enemy Unique Hero that is within 4 clear sight spaces of Enchantress and your defending figure receives no wounds, you may reveal an "X" Order Marker on this card. Players switch control of the defending and attacking figures, and their Army Cards. Remove all Order Markers from both Army Cards. If Enchantress is destroyed, all figures and cards affected by Soul Swap return to the players who controlled them before the Soul Swap.

MAGICAL DEFENSE
When Enchantress is attacked by an opponent's figure that does not have the Magical Defense special power, the most wounds Enchantress can take from this attack is one.

Round 1: Initiative Fan Four. Thing, Sue, and Reed advance.
Enchantress advances.
Thing advances. Human Torch advances and fails an attack on Enchantress. Mister Fantastic Rubber Wraps Enchantress and punches her for a wound.
Enchantress has Punisher attack three times with his Assault Rifle (6, 5, 4) but he can’t hit Mister Fantastic.
Human Torch takes a swipe but Flames On Enchantress for two wounds. He can’t hit her with an attack. Mister Fantastic fails to hit Enchantress.
Enchantress has Punisher use his assault rifle on Human Torch three times since Torch is outside of Invisible Woman’s aura. He inflicts three wounds.

Round 2: Initiative Enchantress. She has Punisher KO Human Torch with his Assault Rifle.
Thing takes a swipe to engage Enchantress. Thing and Mister Fantastic both fail attacks on Enchantress.
Enchantress has Punisher attack Mister Fantastic, but he doesn’t hit.
Invisible Woman advances but can’t hit Enchantress. Thing punches Enchantress for a wound. Mister Fantastic fails to finish her.
Star-Lord advances and shoots Mister Fantastic for three wounds.
Thing fails to hit Enchantress. Invisible Woman finishes Enchantress. Mister Fantastic hits Punisher for a wound.

Round 3: Initiative Punisher. He hits Mister Fantastic for one wound. Thing Clobbers Punisher, KO’ing him. Mister Fantastic hits Star-Lord for two wounds. Punisher had OM2. Thing KO’s Star-Lord. Azrael can’t move. Thing can’t hit Azrael.

Round 4: Initiative Fan Four. Invisible Woman advances but can’t hit Azrael from height. Azrael takes a Rock Wall Defense wound, then slices Thing for a wound and burns him for another. Thing punches out Azrael.

Unit Summary: Enchantress felt solid here, but certainly not game-breaking. The short range of 4 for her powers kept her in the mix and made her a priority target. Nothing about the change felt overpowering.

• ENCHANTMENT: Used to activate figures (4) times, including (Punisher (4))

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Invisible Woman with Full Life, Thing with 3/6 Life, and Mister Fantastic with 1/5 Life win.

Black Canary sheds a JL Marker to advance and then Green Arrow fails to hit Punisher from height.
Punisher shreds Black Canary with his Assault Rifle and she falls, failing both Canary Cry for Justice attempts.
Black Canary had OM3.

Round 4: Wonder Woman sheds a JL Marker. Initiative Justice League. Green Arrow KO’s Punisher, then hits Enchantress for a fourth wound.
Enchantress advances and blasts a whiffing Green Arrow for three wounds.
Green Arrow rolls terribly and fails to hit Enchantress.
Star-Lord advances but can’t finish Green Arrow.
Wonder Woman advances.
Enchantress finishes Green Arrow.

Round 5: Wonder Woman uses her last JL Marker. Initiative Wonder Woman, who takes height on Enchantress and punches her out.
Enchantress had OM1.
Wonder Woman punches Star-Lord for a wound.
Star-Lord rolls all skulls for each of his special attacks, wounding Wonder Woman twice, and moving Azrael three times.
Wonder Woman punches Star-Lord for three wounds.
Star-Lord can’t hit Wonder Woman.

Round 6: Initiative Azrael. He catches Wonder Woman whiffing from height and lands three quick wounds, then burns her for the kill.

Unit Summary: On a range friendly map, the dice slightly favored Enchantress’ team and Black Canary was tough to maximize. That said, it still felt close and competitive down the stretch.

Since we're already under the hood here, should Soul Swap be updated to Unique Hero for both as well? Just seeing the above discussion and it seemed like something that just never got done.

Yeah, good call there. Seems like that was just an oversight from the first re-eval since originally it swapped between Unique Heroes, it just triggered on anyone being hit and you picked which Hero you gave away (which was usually Atom). But in the switch over to it swapping specifically the defender and attacker the Unique Hero bit wasn't ported over. Which could do some weird stuff.

Updated, couldn't find an official source on the old comic art and it looked very much like fan art to me so I swapped it out.
