I'm not seeing anything too concerning here, she can get a decent attack, but nothing out of line really (heck the other Batgirl is equal to her Rivalry boosted stats from the get go, at the same point cost even). Vigilante synergy is nice, but from what I've seen there's nothing there that creates a breaker combo of any stripe.

I was holding off on sending her to playtesting until some of the backlog cleared, but things are picking up, so I'm going to go ahead and send her. Maybe the big name will get us some more activity.

My brother was just talking to me about this design and he pointed out that Reckless Advance works with ranged attacks too, which would be fine, but it potentially gives figures with no range a ranged counterstrike.
For reference: RECKLESS ADVANCE
If Batgirl attacks a figure she was not engaged with at the start of the turn, add 1 automatic skull to whatever is rolled. During this attack, all excess shields rolled by the defending figure count as unblockable hits inflicted on Batgirl by that figure.
I think we should alter it to work on just adjacent attacks,which I think was the original intent anyways.
Giving us:
RECKLESS ADVANCE

Spoiler Alert!
Bruce and Robin advance and Kingpin and Croc advance.
Batgirl and Robin advance and Kingpin and Electro advance.
Terry and Robin advance with Robin attacking Electro from height but blocked.
Electro uses his Bolt SA on the two Batmans' dealing one wound to Bruce, Kingpin advances.
Electro engages Robin but is blocked and Kingpin advances.
Batgirl uses Batgrapple to engage Electro and deals 3 wounds while Robin puts one wound on Kingpin.
Parasite and Kingpin advance.
Bruce engages Kingpin dealing 3 wounds.
Croc advances while Kingpin shuffels to also engage Batgirl and Robin dealing 2 wounds to Robin.
Batgirl and Robin attack Kingpin to no avail.
Croc engages Bruce, gets 1 skull to Bruces Evasive Strike roll of 20(This set of rolls put a stop to the test as Karat and I laughed about the extrems of the attack and defense rolls), Kingpin takes out Robin.

Parasite advances while Kingpin hits Batgirl for 2 wounds.
Batgirl attacks Kingpin to no avail.
Croc fails to Death Roll Bruce and Batgirl fails to wound Kingpin yet again.
Bruce takes out Kingpin and OMs 1 and 2.
Parasite engages Batman and puts a wound on him but Batman Evasive Strikes the actual attack.
Batgirl engages Parasite dealing 1 wound.
Azrael advances.
Croc shuffels to engage Azrael for 2 wounds while Bruce fails to wound Parasite.
Parasite puts another wound on Bruce healing himself but Bruce blocks the actual attack and Batgirl deals 2 wounds to Parasite.
Parasite heals giving Bruce the final wound then attacks Batgirl for 2 wounds finishing her off also.
Azrael takes height and attacks Croc who blocks.
Croc fails his Death Roll and Azrael takes Croc out with his attack.
Parasite engages Azrael giving him a wound while healing but his attack is blocked.
Terry advances and Parasite heals puting the last wound on Azrael.
Echo advances and mimics Parasite defence.
Parasite engages Echo and gives her a wound while healing but she blocks the attack.
Echo mimics Parasites Attack and puts a wound on him.
Parasite gets one wound through Echos's defence.
Terry advances and reveals the X Om for some range and attacks Mysterio for 2 wounds.
Mysterio engages Terry from height but is blocked.
Echo puts 3 wounds on Parasite.
Echo puts a wound on Parasite which he heals but Echo blocks the attack.
Echo attacks Parasite again and finally puts him down.
Terry and Mysterio spend the next 3 turns attacking each other with Terry winning in the end.. Who won and how many wounds did they have?The Bat Family with Echo win with only Echo and Terry left. The game went 9 rounds and it seemed that the Criminals were going to win until Echo took out Parasite. When Batgirl engages someone she can hit pretty hard, but after that she finds it hard to crack thier defense.

Punisher, Winter Soldier and Ninjas advance.
Punisher advances and takes out a Ninja, Winter Soldier advances and attacks Punisher who blocks and Ninjas advance.
Batgirl advances and attacks Ninja who blocks.
Winter Soldier advances and attacks Batgirl for 1 wound, Ninjas advance with one engageing Punisher for a wound and one engaging Batgirl for a wound.
Batgirl takes out a ninja while Winter Soldier gets within range of Batman who gets Shadow Strike and 2 Ninjas advance while a third puts another wound on Punisher
Punisher takes out the Ninja and deals 1 wound to Winter Soldier, who engages Batman who blocks and 2 Ninjas engage Punisher managing only 1 wound total.
Daredevil advances while Winter soldier puts 1 wound on Batman and 2 Ninjas engage Batgirl for 1 wound and one engages Punisher for a wound.
Batgirl engages Winter Soldier for 3 wounds while Winter Soldier finally brings down the Bat and 2 Ninjas attack Daredevil triggering Radar Sense and Punisher blocks the one attacking him.
Punisher takes out 2 Ninjas and Shiva begins her advance with 2 Ninjas while a third engages Daredevil and Punisher but fails to wound Punisher.
Shiva advanceswith 1 Ninja and a 2nd puts 2 wounds on Daredevil.
Batgirl engages a Ninja and gets 2 skulls past its defense.
Shiva Engages Punisher, Batgirl and daredevil and puts the last 2 wounds on Daredevil while Batgirl blocks an attack from a Ninja.
Punisher and Shiva trade blows with no wounds to Shiva but final two to Punisher and a Ninja fails its attack on Arrow.
Batgirl attacks Shiva who blocks, then puts the last wound on Batgirl and a Ninja puts 3 wounds on Arrow.
Shiva advances and Arrow blocks another Ninja attack.
Canary engages Shiva and a Ninja and attacks Shiva for 2 wounds total.
In round 6 Canary and Shiva each exchange a wound and in round 7 Shiva takes out Canary with her Leopard Blow and a Ninja puts the last wound on Arrow.. Who won and how many wounds did they have?.Shiva wins it for the Assassians, though at the begining it looked good for the Vigalantes. All in all, Batgirl is a glass cannon, which is fine for a 130 point unit. If you can get her to engage on her turn she can deal some damage, but if she's already engaged or attacking from range, she is going to have a rough time. Over all though a good representation of this part of her life, and I have no complaints, the fact that she is a glass cannon adds to the fun beacuse you get a little excited when she runs in and smacks something really hard.

Batgirl did pretty well, but nothing too strong. Looking pretty good at 130 from those. "Glass cannon" was exactly what I was going for with this design, I'm glad she seems to be working out that way.

The first Playtest was a real nail biter towards the end, it looked like Team Batman had it in the bag, but, that's what Darkseid wanted Batman to think using Professor Zoom, Bane, and Deadshot as pons, dealing some damage and taking the brunt of the damage, once Darkseids team was destroyed it was time for Darkseid to pull out his OMEGA EFFECT SPECIAL ATTACK, it was crazy effective killing just about everyone except Batman who almost died. Before she was destroyed she was only able to attack Deadshot once, and He revived no damage. You can see in my Batgirl Battle Report.Batgirl attacks Deadshot in the the fifth round with VIGILANTE RIVALRY and RECKLESS ADVANCE. She rolled 1 skull, and with her +1 auto skulls she had attacked with 2 skulls to 2 shields. When Batgirl got to close when attacking Deadshot, She got to close to Darkseid and he got lucky with his Omega Beam.GAME TWO in this game I wanted to challenge the Vigilantes with a group of Fighters with Super Strength, and to my surprise it was truly pretty close . I tried to play Barbra close to the vest in this match to be able to actual youth damage on some one, and She did witch I was happy to see I enjoy the design, just wish she had like a Vigilante Sidekick Special. Other than that it was a fun enjoyable experience.

He's new but seems pretty eager. I haven't really checked his content but if it's acceptable maybe you can PM this properly formatted example that he can compare to what he actually sent and see if he can see one for one comparisons and improve before he jumps on the next one. He's already asking for another.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I tediously went over the report I got for Jackal with him and made him edit it properly too. I figured that would be the best way to teach him. I think he'll eventually catch on, he just needs a firm guiding hand right now.

The test itself is formatted fine (almost a bit too much info, but that's better than not enough), it was the actual coding of the message that I had to fix. Missing brackets, \ instead of /, missing spoiler tags, that sort of thing. When I first fixed it, it wanted to split the second game into 7 different spoilers. Took me some time to fix the mistakes.
