CALL LIGHTNING SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 6. Attack 3.
Choose a figure to attack. Any figures adjacent to the chosen figure are also affected by Call Lightning Special Attack. Myrddin only needs a clear sight shot at the chosen figure. Roll attack dice once for all affected figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. Myrddin can be affected by his own Call Lightning Special Attack. Figures under overhangs cannot be targeted with Call Lightning Special Attack.

MYSTIC SACRIFICE
After rolling the 20-sided die for the Army Card of a Small, Medium, or Large Unique Hero you control within 4 clear sight spaces of Myrddin, you may place 1 or 2 wound markers on Myrddin’s Army Card. Add 1 to your 20-sided die roll for each wound marker you placed, even if this was enough wounds to destroy Myrddin.

The figure used for this unit is a Pathfinder figure from the Beginner Box Heroes set. Its model name is Ezren, Male Human Wizard.

Spoiler Alert!

The sun was setting as the wolves silently closed in on the robed stranger. He had stopped to take in the view overlooking the ocean, and hadn't moved for some time. With a chorus of feral howls, the wolves leapt from the forest. Caught unaware, the stranger ran.

Clouds rolled in and blocked the setting sun.

The stranger’s frantic path took him skyward along the edge of the cliff. With each step he climbed higher and higher into the night.

A gentle rain began to fall.

The wolves surged forward, driven by instinct to tear the flesh of their prey: outnumbered and outmaneuvered.

The wind began to blow from off the sea.

The human reached the apex of the cliff wall, and the wolves howled. In their hearts they knew he had nowhere left to run.

The rain intensified as lightning streaked across the sky.

Rather than hurl himself into the sea or cower in the face of the inevitable, the robed man turned toward the wolves and squared his frame. The wolves, surprised, hesitated.

Raindrops now flew sideways in the fierce wind and the stranger’s beautiful blue cape was soaked and almost ripped from his slender frame.

The wolves gathered for their final pounce. Instinct whispered to them: “the hunt is over ...” The stranger raised his staff in what looked like an attempt to make himself seem bigger.

Myrddin was shrouded in a strange light blue glow, and his hair began to stand on end.

The alpha leapt toward the looming old man.

A lightning bolt streaked down from heaven and, for the wolves, the world was bathed in white.

Q: If a figure adjacent to the figure targeted by Call Lightning Special Attack is under an overhang, can that figure be affected by Call Lightning Special Attack?
A: Yes. A figure under an overhang cannot be the target of Call Lightning Special Attack, but is affected if the figure is adjacent to the target figure.

Q: If Myrddin has 5 wound markers on his card already, can I choose to put 2 wound markers on his card with Mystic Sacrifice?
A: Yes.
