Muffins are probably one of the least scary foods ever. So we found the will power to make these Millet & Ginger muffins that we found over on The Kitchen Operas. ‘Just made a couple of changes so that they were vegan. Alright, corpsmen – let’s fire up those rings!
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup uncooked millet
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 cup soy milk
1 large egg equivalent of egg replacer
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. walnut oil
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 c. crystallized ginger, chopped
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine the dry Ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet Ingredients. Add wet Ingredients to dry Ingredients. Stir ‘em up to the point where they’re really afraid. Add in chopped ginger. Grease a muffin pan with coconut oil or butter. Distribute batter evenly between all 12 muffin cups, so they are all 3/4 full and kinda yellow. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick will out clean. Let cool and eat with crunchy fear joy.

The fact that Cheshire has been so close for so long now and suddenly battleing for 4th/5th shows you how well he has done with his these. But I still hold out hope Cheshire can make a comeback.

Also the fact that his votes didn't get split which usually happens when someone has so many nominations.
