UNIT SUMMARY: Hoppy definitely adds a lot more “pop” to the Mary/Billy combo as he brings in an increased chance of initiative wins and turn efficiency when Mary’s not sharing her powers. I think a 10 point bump and reducing Mary’s Attack number to 5 (since it’s really easy for her to get the +2 to equal Billy) is a good way to go to keep her balanced after the other boosts to her card.

If I may, it kind of feels like both debuffs might be too much? It seems like dropping her attack to 5 would be enough since the Shazamily is already at a 50% win rate. I'd be a little hesitant to draft her if both things changed.
