Updated and dropping the healing thing. I don't think it's needed.

He looks closer to 300 to me. I think Silver Surfer has the clear edge on him. But yeah, he looks ready for testing.

Sorry sorry sorry for impeding progress, but one quick question:

Should we maybe make him just lose the Nega-Bands if he's destroyed? Like Johnny pointed out, they've been stolen, but usually only if the holder is killed. Thematically, I don't see Mar-vell taking a big punch on the chin and his arm cuffs fly off.

Stealing rings off of a hand is nearly impossible except for a professional Thief to pull off, which Shadow Thief can.

Annihilus has the same mechanic here that Captain Mar-Vell does and I like it. It is difficult to knock the weapons away, but not impossible.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Have Mar-Vell's stats been updated since the Nega-Bands softened? I feel like he could justify a Move of 7, for sure.
