Hulk can Stomp. Defensive agility fails against special attacks. You have to roll at least two skulls for it to matter but...

Krug, maybe, but Hulk can just Stomp the WoA.

More realistically, a quick glance at Battleplan shows all these catagories have plenty to discuss: 40/squad, 50/hero, 60/squad, 80/squad, 90/hero, 100/squad, 110/hero, 110/squad, 120/hero, 150/hero, 185/hero.
