Pretty sure it's 4 for Legends? Like it's 4 for Heroes cause they 'vote' for their own thing by proposing it, and Legends also get to vote on things going to playtesting and such.

Heroes and Legends can vote so their proposals are considered a yea vote. Total votes needed is 5.

On Deck votes are Hero only and all Hero votes, of course.

Slow going early. The big blow happen when Jessica Jones attacked Firelord and revealed the X-marker on Firelord, giving Cage a boosted attack of 1 and he hits Ms Marvel for 5 wounds, killing her to start off round 3. Firelord took out Thing and used Cosmic Heat to put wounds on Jones and Spidey. A boosted Spider-man and Cage put 2 wounds on Cap leaving him with 1 life left to end round 3. Round 4 started with Spider-Man webbing up Cap then killing him. Luke followed it up with 2 wounds on Firelord. Firelord attacks and kills Spider-man. Jessica Jones ends the round dealing a fifth wound to Firelord. Luke Cage finishes off Firelord to end the game.

Surfer and Fireload took advantage of their big move to gain control of the center arena. Cap and the werewolves kept pushing forward and were able to engage Firelord. Cap and the werewolves were getting 3 attacks on Firelord wearing him down quickly so he couldn't use Cosmic Heat because of having to deal with 3 LEAs. Firelord went down quickly and Surfer did his best to kite but Cap wolf and the Werewolves were able to keep the pressure on a take him down.

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Capwolf 1 wound/4 life left, Werewolf B full 5 life, Werewolf D 3 wounds/2 life left

Power Cosmic: Used whenever possible

Cosmic Heat: 1/3 got a big wound at the end on Wonder Man.

Lava Resistant: Used to gain height and not worry about Lava Field damage.

Firelord came out of the gates hot. He ended round one by one shoting Baron Zemo from range on height and using the Power Cosmic. He then started round two by hitting Punisher for 4 wounds. Ghost Rider followed that up by dropping the Ring of Fire hitting all three of his opponents for a wound each which killed the Punisher. Vandal Savage placed double order markers this turn. Wonder Man goes for some revenge and takes out Ghost Rider. After missing 2 Cosmic Heat rolls Firelord hits Taskmaster for 4 wounds, pulling 2 x-markers for auto skulls and taking him out. Wonder Man attacks but is blocked by Firelord. Firelord takes a LEA and misses his Cosmic Heat roll. He attacks Wonder Man from Range doing a wound. Turn 3 was on Taskmaster, so Vandal and Firelord take another turn. Vandal attacks and is blocked. Firelord attacks from range doing 3 wounds, but Wonderman deflects is to Vandal doing a wound to him instead. After exchanging a couple of wounds with Vandal, Firelord flies over Wonder Man and does 1 wound with Cosmic Heat and attacks and puts the final wound taking out Wonder Man.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: For 400 points Firelord needs something else to bring to the table. Cosmic Heat in it's current state isn't enough to justify the points. Upping his life to 8 could help as you would be more likely to risk LEAs to use Cosmic Heat. Like all figures with the Power Cosmic he can put up some big attacks when pulling order markers, so some of the big attack damage he put up is not surprising. Will need to either adjust points, which I'd rather not or adjust stats/powers. Most likely, either give him Disengage or up life.

Not sure where to go here as he is a little underwhelming right now. Maybe give him disengage on Cosmic Heat but then reduce his attack number when he uses it? Or just up his life to 8. Or move in a totally different direction?

Open to suggestions.

How about rolling 2 unblockables for each figure. That ought to juice him quite a bit, but maybe that's too much? Human Torch deals 2 (virtually) automatic wounds when he flies.
