Well he'd be able to move with Tactical Teleport each turn regardless if he actually attacks.
True, but as written, he wouldn't be able to use it in place of his normal movement, which I think is pretty important - what use is BAMF! if you can't use it to get the drop on someone?

Oh, and I found TWO PICTURES of a bunch of Super-Skrulls, with some X-Men themed guys in the mix. Second one looks like a fairly good match, but he doesn't have any claws or eye-beams. Of course, the current pic doesn't have claws either.

I agree that the ability to use Bamf! in place of normal movement is iconic and should be represented.

Both of those pictures look great. The downside to the first one if that the beam kinda gets in the, and the downside to the second one is no claws or beam device.

I really like Good Pig's idea for Tactical Teleport replacing BAMF! there. It's another way we can make him just slightly different from the original, which is fun. Also, with that range, he will be using Tactical Teleport to get the drop on folks!
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I know I had discussed a teleport between attacks in the PD thread. I don't mind it, it sounds really cool, but I think ideally this guy should come in points-wise under the original Super Skrull. I kinda think attack/teleport/attack could drive his cost up substantially. So I'm gonna abstain from this one unless their is a tie.

If his cost coming in lower is a definite goal, then straight up BAMF! is probably a better idea. He's already rocking better range and probably just as good of defense.
