Artifact Equipment Glyph
When moving up levels of terrain with this figure, you may ignore this figure's height and only count one space for every two levels climbed. While this figure is adjacent to any figure, obstacle or terrain with a height of 9 or greater, this figure is considered to be 9 levels higher than their base for the purpose of determining height advantage against non-flying figures.

Not directly from the comics, but Dack steals a lot of artifacts and gains their spells. His wiki mentioned the Amulet of Tarantual being on that he stole which gave him the spell to scale walls. He uses this spell in the War of the Spark novel.

I'm not really sure how it is meant to be carried/used. I definitely didn't design this glyph to be a powerhouse and it's probably not even one of the top 3 best picks for him, but it seemed like a fun enough idea to add to our game.
