I honestly prefer the wording in the SP for both of those. I like to see the powers worded in a way where the thing that happens earlier in the turn is listed first. You ignore leaving engagement attacks before ending your move, and you have to check to see if there's a friendly figure with wounds before doubling skulls.

I agree that ignoring leaving engagements should come first in powers. Burying it seems bad.

He'll disengage before doing any after moving things also, so that follows internal turn order.

Honestly feels like he has alot going on for a 110 point character. Limited bonding, no LEAs, unblockable hits and a ranged SA. But the testing shows him to be a near even win vs loss, so I'll give it a Yea, but on paper it seems a little powerful.

I would ape Carnage's wording in the first power as that feels cleaner IMO:

CHALLENGER SUPPORT
After revealing an Order Marker on the card of another Challenger you control and taking a turn, you may take a turn with Gohan, during which if he moves he cannot attack. You may not take any additional turns.

For reference the phrase from Carnage is:

Any figure that moves during its turn cannot attack during that turn and you cannot take any other additional turns with figures you control.

I see where fret’s coming from, but like him I have trust in the system.
