Do you think a comma is needed between underlined words:

AIR-TO-SURFACE MISSILES SPECIAL ATTACK

After moving with the Flying special power, you may choose up to 2 figures Iron Monger passed over this turn. One at a time, roll attack dice for each chosen figure, rolling an additional attack die if that figure does not have the Flying or Stealth Flying special power. Destructible objects roll 2 fewer defense dice against this special attack. Iron Monger may attack the chosen figures even if he is engaged with a different figure.

If so,

Love the way boosting reduces your range, plus I love flyers that can bombs away. Nasty impact on destructible objects, but I've had birds poop on my car that remind me this is thematic.

Hmm, my grammar-fu isn't good enough to answer this one. My instincts are that it reads fine either way, but I'm happy to wait for SirG to come in and correct me.

Since the second clause is an exception to a long-standing game rule, I think the comma forces the reader to pay more attention.
