I'm fine with removing the grenade power. I just put it on there because he's constantly throwing grenades around.
life's short, why not make an impact on the world? make some peoples lives better, have a few good laughs, and then when it's all over go out with BANG!

I really don't know the character, though, honestly, so I can't give much feedback on the theme here. I just know he seems like a guy who could be pretty streamlined.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Agreed. I would never take a wound to look at an OM. I would just drop that power all together to get Hitman down to a 3 power card. He looks pretty good to me with just the X-ray eyes, Flash Grenade, & double attack.

I'm with you here. I also think a slightly altered Flash Grenade power would work nicely as a Utility Glyph allowing movement in all.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

True, the mind reading is lackluster. I'll fix that. I still want to have a mind reading power though, as it's an important part of his character. Also the flash grenade would make a really cool glyph.

Nice elephant figure.

I agree with the others in that seeing Order Markers really isn't that useful or necessary, and it'd be better as a 3 power card. However, here's how I'd change the power to at least make it simpler:

MIND READER
Before taking a turn with Hitman, you may choose an opponent's Unique Hero within 5 spaces of Hitman. Look at an unrevealed Order Marker on the chosen figure's Army Card. Figures with the Mental Shield special power are not affected by Mind Reader.

It's useful and fun, but niche and not overly powerful, certainly. It's certainly a good, fun power for some figures to have, but it's rarely a game changer.
