I think it has him pretty well covered though. Not much on him that we don't already have somewhere. I think we're good on the competitive front, but then, I've never been too much of a competitive player

My competitive worries wouldn’t be that he has any one element that’s broken, but that he’s a combo of a bunch of strong elements that might be too poweful together.
-he’s really pushing the Cosmic Boy bonding system to a level that it wasn’t playtested for originally. Mon-El is “The Strongest Legionnaire” and it could be a bit wild to take a turn with him, then another figure on the same OM. However, Superboy and some of the higher-end Mutants like Magneto II have proven that things like that can work.
-He (with Cosmic Boy) can allow up to 5 figures to take a turn with the A/D boost. Units like Cap and Jessica Jones can already pull of similar tricks though, so that’s not all too crazy.

I can do one of the other checklists for sure, but I really don’t he’s doing anything groundbreaking or game-changing here, in terms of the metagame as a whole. I am a bit worried about having a near-Superman bruiser that’s also a cheerleader that also benefits from really solid turn synergy, but I already have several nerfs in mind if he’s a problem. If there’s no objections I think I’ll call the vote for Initial tomorrow?

I'm happy moving to playtesting to see how bad it is. If he's coming in too strong, there are several levers we can adjust. pre-yea for initial playtesting as well.

Haven't chimed in here yet, but I like him. No experience with his character (other than his lame Supergirl incarnation), but from what I understand he's kind of exceptional as a Legionnaire, so I'm fine with bending A3n's usual Legion aesthetic here. Two powers that are (essentially) reused, and the Inspiration mechanic is well-trod ground, so... yeah! Pre-Yea from me as well.
