Absolutely awesome. Black Panther is long overdue and Captain Marvel getting the spotlight should hopefully give her the full boot into awesome. Nothing spectacularly unexpected but glad to see it all confirmed! Boseman as BP is solid casting, too.

I'm very curious how splitting Infinity War across two movies - with two other movies in between - is going to work out, though.

Pretty much everything the fans were asking for. Black Panther, Ms. Marvel, Thor: Ragnarok, a two part Infinity Gauntlet/Thanos A3. Interesting that Ms. Marvel & the Inhumans movies will be in theaters between the two halves of A3. What will that mean for their timeline in the MCU? Also interesting to see them say CA3 is the beginning of Phase 3, which means they consider Ant-Man to be part of Phase 2 even though it will come out after A2.

Yeah, no big surprises, but it is nice to see them finally making good on some of these lesser-known properties they've been talking about for years.

Apparently Black Panther's actually going to be around for Civil War (hence why he's already been cast), which makes me wonder about his solo movie. Hoping that they just keep moving forward (and draw some inspiration from the Chris Priest stuff!) and it's not an origin story.

They've said that Ultron will be created by Tony (probably as some kind of JARVIS gone wrong) rather than Hank in the movie continuity. Though Ant-Man will have some flashback sequences with Hank set in the 60s, so I wouldn't be surprised if they alluded to JARVIS/Ultron being at least partially based on Hank's work.

The released synopsis for A2 says that Tony restarts a dormant peace keeping program, and Pym is going to be old in Ant-Man (played by Micheal Douglass), so I'm thinking Ultron will spring forth from something Pym started in the past but was then updated and enhanced by Tony in the present.

Or Hulk, or Hawkeye. Hoping Hawkeye at least gets to team up with one of the other Avengers like Black Widow did with CA in CA2.

I did read that when Marvel got the movie rights back for Hulk, the other studio retained the distribution rights which makes Disney not really eager to make another Hulk stand alone movie since they would have to then share in the profits. I don't know when or if that deal expires, but if/when it does is when we may see the next Hulk movie get done. Hopefully Planet Hulk since GotG (and maybe also the Inhumans) will have more fully explored the wider galaxy. Then Hulk can come back to Earth as the villain in A4 or A5.

Yeah, they've said to expect Hulk to pop up here and there, but it looks like we won't be seeing him on his own before 2020. Same deal for Widow. Really hoping she pops up in Daredevil at some point; she's not a special effects heavy kind of super hero, so I think they should be able to make it work.

Wow, that is freaking crazy. That's a nice response to the announcement of DC's plans. Phase three will bring us up to 21 movies. I'm glad that they're showing crossover, with Iron Man and Black Panther popping up in Captain America 3. Maybe Hulk will show up in some of the other movies since he's not getting his own.
