Rulebook posted. I do think the blue text under the rulebook shouldn't link to any of the Story Cards and should just say "These rule are required to play C3G Story Cards" or something like that.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Yep that works, just think it's strange to link to a couple of Story Cards when you aren't gonna update it with each one we release for obvious space issues.

Rulebook looks great. I'll update with that and since we vetted the wording hard, be back with an On Deck proposal.
