Superman can let nearby figures reroll defense die. 1 die per revealed marker on his card. Other than that, no mechanic yet. This keeps him useable with any Supes, rather than being solely locked in to Family Edition.

LP brought up the mechanical overlap with Kara (not necessarily a bad thing, personally) but it did help me see that the reveal before the attack is gonna pretty actively make you wanna save it for Kara in most cases. Proposed change there:

ACTION SHOT

Plus this can make the interaction with Superboy's additional skulls a little clearer

Solid change. I like how this guy has gotten to a pretty clean place mechanically.

Initial estimate is 45 points.

Happy with where he landed. I do like the change to after rolling attack dice but before defense is rolled, makes sense that he'd be getting the shot right as the hit lands.

Should we clarify that Kal-El doesn’t just avoid LEAs in the switching, but also in the placing?

Hmm. Feels evocative of Heroic Duty if we keep him taking it on the initial move, but I don't mind either way really. Thoughts from people? I'll be filling out checklists and proposing initial shortly.

My thinking is it’ll be way more useful if it’s a card you can play to get Clark out of his usual LEA trouble. Don’t know if that’s what you want it to be or not though.
