Two other things:

A better "splash page" for people new to the site. You should be able to figure out from the git-go that you can find maps here, play online, get your questions answered, explore custom units, trade figures, etc.

Auto-post the "front page" blog posts (the official ones) over to a thread on BGG. I'm guessing a lot of folks who are there are not here (or at least, not checking the site on a daily basis.)

Chances are if you're trading PMs you already find them pretty reputable.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
