Put some little thing - a paper clip, a rubber band, whatever - on the different bases to mark which one goes with which player. Obviously if they're all yours you don't want to mark them permanently. And in a multi-player game, it might get too tricky to try to remember, or adjust facings to different degrees.

Here's an example of what I have done. Each iteration of the same squad has a different color edge.

Yeah, I would have suggested something like that, but it sounds like Sprite is reusing the same minis over and over but in the hands of different people. So anything that actually marks the mini won't work. Unless you separately colored each individual squad, and then just kept track of who had what: "Dan, this time you have the Phantom Knights with the fuschia and the salmon edges. I have the teal ones, and Larry has the charcoal and eggshell squads. Remember that!"

And that is what I have done
Maroon, Teal, Blue, Orange AE, Izumi, etc.

You'll find multiple threads of maps created by other Scapers.

Excellent question! Here is the subforum where the mapmakers put their creations. For almost all the maps you'll find there, you can see a link to where you can download building instructions. I know this message board is a busy place & it can be overwhelming.
