SP updated with instead of attacking, once per round restriction on Rising Tide. For now, I'm leaving the stat line the same.

I just had a thought while looking at the SP. He brings a flood with him and the water rises 1 level per round, but then when he gets KOed the water all suddenly instantly disappears? Not sure how to best do it, but if the water rises one level per round while he is in play, once he leaves play it really should recede one level per round.

I didn't consider what would happen if he died. I was sort of presuming it would remain as is, but your suggestion makes perfect sense. Added in now.

I'm honestly fine with the ocean suddenly getting sucked away once he dies. He's magically controlling it, after all, so it stands to reason that it could magically leave. And I think it makes for a good safety valve - if the water is making the Atlanteans too tough, just make sure you take out Ocean Master and suddenly they'll be flopping like fish on the shore.

I think by the time the enemy gets to Ocean Master, kills him, and the water goes back to normal, most games will be wrapping up.
