Yes, it needs some kind of limit unless you want it to be like the Deathwalker 8k's Rapid Fire SA.

Actually, the wording on Lightning Bolt Special Attack is fine. While S_B's reading makes sense grammatically, the "additional" word in the power is sort of a Heroscape keyword. Double Attack is sufficient precedent, but there are others like Ice Shard Breath Special Attack. Essentially it implies it's own limit.

My guess would be not enough. They usually say they want 60 for uniques, and that may have gone up due to more people getting into VC Customs through Online Scape and other places.

Unless it's something like Cxurg'gyath, which not many people will want or play.

Should work. We only check it at submission and the first vote. After that availability is not a concern of the rest of the voting judges.

So Brimstone for example? That is his current availability... he'd still recieve a yes vote if a judge were to write a review on him today?
