Re: UK Scapers (The life and times of RichardD)
Yeah it still hits the table in my house, now and again.
If only it did not take so long to set up, then it would be more often. |

Re: UK Scapers (The life and times of RichardD)
Sort of. I'm from the West Midlands (Sutton), but now live in the US. RichardD is from the area too, and he kindly invited me for a game when I was back visiting family a few years back. You could try contacting him.

Re: UK Scapers (The life and times of RichardD)
Hello all, I am returning to these forums after too many years away. I hope there are still some UK 'Scapers out there somewhere! I am based in Buckinghamshire.

Re: UK Scapers (The life and times of RichardD)
Hello!
I'm a relatively N00b 'Scaper from Preston, Lancashire. I've become a collector more than a play due to lack of people to play against. Would love to be able to find a good UK based resource for spare parts for Heroscape. Currently I'm trawling eBay for those American bargains as the Pound is strong again the Dollar! A lot of the time the postage costs more than the item I'm getting leading to bulk buying from the same people to make it worth my while. Are there any UK 'Scapers about on here still? If so, give us a shout! |

Re: UK Scapers (The life and times of RichardD)
I am also from the UK! specifically Birmingham, West Midlands. This forum looks like it's been inactive for a while but I'm pleasantly surprised to know there are or were players in the area! Are any of you still kicking?

Re: UK Scapers (The life and times of RichardD)
It's the first time I've been back here in a long while! I was looking for my photos from the first UK Games Expo (my, how that event has grown!), and discover that I've missed loads of other Briummie Heroscapers posting here. And I couldn't gat my photos after all - the original hosting site seems t have vanished

Re: UK Scapers (The life and times of RichardD)
I've sent you a PM, Ollie. If we're trying to kick start the UK scene back into life I wonder if it's worth tagging @Lazy_Orang
Wait... how do I tag people? The only Heroscaper in England.* Prove me wrong. *(Except for Lazy Orang) |

Re: UK Scapers (The life and times of RichardD)
You've got tagging people right, but there's no underscore in my name - just ditch that.
I may be interested at some point, but I'm honestly something of a recluse - never played with anyone outside my family save recently getting involved in the C3G online tourneys. If I have an interest in getting involved in anything, I'll let you know (probably in this thread). I live in Shropshire, btw. |

Re: UK Scapers (The life and times of RichardD)
If anyone has a way to transport terrain, I know a good gaming cafe we could meet at in Birmingham town centre - I can bring armies, dice, markers etc. but have no way to transport a map.
