I'm confused. His armies won 3 of 4 with him tested at 340, right? Even if we agree with the public testers that he's coming in a bit high (I theorized as much myself going into public testing after dropping his life and defense 1 each), isn't a 40 point drop pretty huge? I'd like to see a third test with him at 300 before I'd feel comfortable dropping him that far.

You know, I dropped the ball on this for my vote as I was looking at some of the suggested costs and forgot to check the SP to see what he was tested at. I thought he was tested lower than 300 for some reason (like around 280), so that's why I YEA'd the vote for 300, based on the tests.

Seeing that he was tested at 340, I change my vote to Nay at 300 until further testing shows that a 40 point drop is needed.

Sorry about that fellas, I should have checked the SP to double check the cost he was tested at. Totally my fault. That's why I like to list all the units costs on test sheets, as it makes it easier for others to know costs as tested and even add them up to make sure the totals are correct.

For sure. I almost just voted yea here, but I'm glad I took the time to go back and review all three tests. Once I saw Scapey's tests were looking like 360+, I had to go back and review to remember why he was dropped so much. He went to public testing at 340, though, so 300 seems very low based on what we've gotten as results so far from the public testers.

I was a bit wary but compared him to the Hasbro Captain America - same stats (though Ursa has 1 more Life), though Ursa is more mobile. But Cap has a ranged multi-attack, one of the best stat boosts in the game, and Counter Strike on top of that, while Ursa only has Super Throw. I can't say they'll be in the same ballpark necessarily definitively, but 80 points more for Ursa Major seemed fair at a glance.

- What should be the unit's point value? 340 seems ok to me after this one.
- Give a brief overview. Magneto rolls good, and combo's with Ursa, dealing wounds and destroying several legionnaires. Superboy, Lightning Lad, and Krypto all go down, and it's looking like a blow out. Brianiac and Cosmic work together taking down Mags, and then Ursa, Ursa Major's defense holds up well though, and she puts a few more wounds on Brainiac. Cosmic Boy and Brainiac then clean up Wheels and Destiny.

- What should be the unit's point value? 340 seems fine, but it's hard to judge thanks to a few poor defense rolls.
- Give a brief overview. Ursa Major rolls poor on defense twice and gets taken down kinda quick in this one. He does get in a few attacks though, taking down a Killer Penguin, and an Infiltrator, and deals the final wound to Two-Face. Frankie couldn't get Creature Command to work as much as I would have liked, thanks to KB away.

- What should be the unit's point value? 300-310
- Give a brief overview. Ursa Major manages to put 2 Wounds on Cyborg Superman (One with his attack and one with Super-Throw), as well as 4 Wounds on Lady Deathstrike using his normal attack and 1 Wound on Forge. This means he inflicted about 329 points worth of damage, but he had the help of Frankenstein and several lucky rolls. Personally I’d say this is a PASS, with maybe only a minor point increase needed, depending on the second test.

The Cyborgs win on R9, T5
The forces move forward to meet each other, with Hulk and Cyborg Superman moving ahead of their respective groups to trade blows. In a devastating turn of events, Hulk is destroyed, but he is able to wound Cyborg Superman enough that Ursa Major can charge forth using Scent Tracking, then put the final 2 Wounds on Cyborg Superman using an attack and a lucky Super Throw. Frankenstein moves forward and engages the enemy, and he and Ursa Major go on a tear, taking down Lady Deathstrike and nearly destroying Forge before Cyborg puts Ursa Major down. Frankenstein finishes off Forge, then moves in to take on Cyborg. They trade blows for several rounds, with Cybernetic Repair X and Undead Resilience keeping both alive for quite a bit before Cyborg finally manages to kill Frankenstein.
Who won and how many wounds did they have?
Cyborg: 4/5 Wounds

- Give a brief overview. Ursa Major tossed Jubilee out of clear sight range of the other Mutants keeping them from bonding with each other, and also was able to destroy X-23 and put the finishing wounds on Wolverine.

The X-Men win on R12, T2

The forces move towards each other, slowly at first, but once Avalanche gets the opportunity to use Avalanche Special Attack the battle begins quickly. Storm destroys Avalanche quickly. Magneto tosses Wolverine, Storm, and Jubilee adjacent to Pyro and Ursa Major to take care of them, but is then quickly engaged by X-23 and Marrow. Pyro destroys Storm, Ursa Throws Jubilee behind some trees to hide her from the other X-Men, then helps Pyro take down Wolverine. Wolverine goes down, but only after Pyro is destroyed. X-23 and Marrow take down Magneto, leaving only a heavily wounded Ursa Major and Destiny. Ursa Major is able to take down X-23, but is then destroyed by Marrow. Destiny comes in and is able to inflict some wounds, but they’re quickly healed away and she’s eventually destroyed by Marrow.
Who won and how many wounds did they have?
Marrow: 0/5 Wounds

So REJ's test was at 340, and FG's at 300. Looking over everything, I think he's warrant 320 or 330. What are everyone's thoughts on this?
