Sounds promising, a VS file & image will be needed before any voting can take place though. You can build it first in real life like Trex suggested and then make the VS file, or design it in VS first and then build it in real life once you are happy with how it looks.

Alright. I had thought we'd do like C3G and talk about ideas, then vote to start the project etc. I was just looking for some feedback/group approval before getting started. But yeah, once I actually start the design phase that's what I'll do.

Well we can and should do both. Discuss what we are looking for as a group, then have some actual VS ideas presented based on those discussions. Then once a good map idea has been presented, an LD takes over and runs the map through the official design & testing process.

I sort of think a Carbon Freeze pit would be easy to build with FotA columns rather than hexes.

Do what elements do you guys want the various maps in the OP to have?

Things are pretty open out side of Jabbas' featuring shadow & swamp water tiles. Play the battlefront video game boards, watch the movies and just start creating. We are going to want a Bespin dueling board, most likely based on the hallway rather then the freezing chamber, and that board will feature some DO's we have planned. We can give the group members more details about them once we get working on that board. I already have a sweet Endor Shield Generator map in the old BoSS thread that I'll most likely run the LD for but then we could use another Endor map that plays well with the Ewoks. The Ewoks are not far enough along to get working on that yet though.
