OK, took a few extra hours, apologies, but I have the answer. If you rebase her with all her apparatus (the weird thing she's standing on) she's a legit Medium 6. If you were to cut directly at her feet and glue those directly to your base, she's probably Medium 5.

I don't like to work too hard, so mine's Medium 6.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

What if you made Venomous Bites an engagement strike type power instead of a special attack? Would work much better with her Call.

She should be medium 5 if that’s how tall the actual figure is. We don’t count terrain on Clix when measuring figures.
