I'd clarify that Attention Hog is if the figure is adjacent to one or more Controller Orange Constructs, just so it's clear it doesn't stack.

They felt super balanced to me and they fill out the faction nicely. Good job on this one! Pre-yea for Final Editing.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Nice, these are looking good! Bats, in your first game the Stolen Identity technically can't take over the Mech Warrior, as it's not small or medium.

Derp. I knew I'd miss something, given I was basically playing the entire Orange Lantern faction for the first time! Bummer. Probably would've lost that one by a little more then.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Slight weirdness here with the wording - I'm not sure "Controller Orange Construct" is the best way to word things? Here's a pass at wording using "this special power"

ORANGE CONSTRUCT AMBUSH
Orange Constructs with this special power do not start the game on the battlefield. After revealing an Order Marker on Orange Lantern's Army Card, you may immediately place up to 3 Orange Constructs with this special power in your army that are not on the battlefield and not destroyed on any empty spaces within 3 clear sight spaces of that Orange Lantern. For the rest of your turn, when attacking with a figure placed with this special power, add 1 automatic skull to whatever is rolled. If you no longer control any Orange Lanterns, destroy all Orange Constructs you control with this special power.

ATTENTION HOG
If a figure adjacent to one or more Orange Constructs with the Attention Hog special power attacks a figure you control without it, the attacking figure subtracts 1 from its Attack number.

Works for me. The other common Lantern Construct (GC Shield) refers to Green Construct Shields, but I think your construction sounds better and is more in sync with the other Lantern Constructs.
