The end is confusing to me. Is there supposed to be a 'this' in there?
"It was shortly after this his faction learned..." Like a bit after he joined the New Avengers they learned about the Skrulls? (If that's the case I don't think you need the 'it was' really) Right now it sounds like he joined the New Avengers and got in a fight with Iron Man shortly after they learned about the Skrulls, but that doesn't seem right. Minor stuff, but I think you could trim down the first two sentences a bit like so: Following being resurrected from death, Clint Barton decided to take a break from his identity as the superhero Hawkeye. In the guise of Ronin, he joined the New Avengers team while they were locked in conflict with Iron Man's team of Avengers. Less duplicating words and such.
