STRATEGIC INTERVENTION
After revealing an Order Marker on the card of a Unique Hero you control and taking a turn with that hero, if that hero attacked but did not inflict any wounds this turn, you may immediately reveal an "X" Order Marker on this card. Choose a different Unique Hero you control within 6 spaces of Havok and take an immediate turn with the chosen hero. If you do, you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.

I'd prefer that he can't reactive the same hero, I like the idea of it creating more of a team-up.

Range 0+Special. Attack 0+Special.
Before attacking with this special attack, you may remove any number of Energy Markers from this card. Add 1 to the Range and Attack numbers of this Special Attack for each Energy Marker removed. If you remove 3 or more Energy Markers in this manner, all figures adjacent to the defending figure are also affected by the attack. Roll attack dice once for all affected figures. Affected figures roll defense dice separately.

You missed the "0+"s; without those, you can't "add" to anything.

Does he really fly? I don't recall ever seeing him do it, but then again, I haven't read a lot that features him. Marvel Wiki lists it as a power of his, Wikipedia doesn't mention, and Comicvine breifs over, implying that's a new ability. Sending out the @Spidey'tilIDie signal.

Yeah, he can evidently fly but it's not something I personally remember.

Havok has not been able to fly for most of his career; however, he began to show the ability to propel himself with his concussive blasts as long ago as Inferno. If he recently began to be able to fly using his powers it wouldn't surprise me because I believe the fight with Vulcan was meant to propel him to new heights (no pun intended) as far as his character goes. Between leading the Starjammers beside his pop and then the Uncanny Avengers, he has been on the rise; though more recently he has sided with his brother again (though this could be due to past Scott going into space beside his father to be a Starjammer too.)

Basically, Flying is not a must, so what if he had a 20-sided version of Flying? Or had to move in a straight line? While one seems more thematic than the other, I think both are better than just straight flying on him.

We already have three new, not-short (text) powers on the card, I'd prefer not to add another. Especially not for minor theme and gameplay. Personally, I would just skip flying, as it's not an iconic power for him, and I don't think the design needs it.

Just as a note, Cosmic Energy Absorption should now be above Plasma Burst... and probably be a "6" instead of an "X" which I assume was a placeholder? But it also uses an X Marker so I dunno...

Anyways though Yea, design looks solid!

Yea, the X was to make it in line with Healing Factor X which it was modeled after.
