Any objections to making this change? Looks like we’re shooting to release this design now, and as written the current power basically doesn’t work with any existing units.

Also tagged on a “friendly” since a Rallying Cry boosting enemies seems weird.

Sure

I almost wonder if "Wakandan Rally" or "Wakandan Rally Cry" would read better than "Wakandan Rallying Cry" though?
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
