As long as it isn't unthematic for the character, I prefer Electric Skin. I'd put the roll at about 13+ or 14+, depending on where we want his cost to land.

It'll definitely bring his cost up some, but as long as the roll is high enough, it should be fine.

Competitive Concerns
Does the design offer worrisome Order marker movement or efficiency? No.

Does the design offer superior Auto wounding? Electric Skin is pretty decent.

Does the design cause the prevention of abilities (Blob, Polaris, Meteorite)? No.

Does the design move other figures? No.

Does the design boost other figures (outside of a narrowly defined set)? No.

Does the design have one or more excellent defensive powers? Electric Skin is a'ight.

Does the design auto destroy or take control of other figures in a way that unbalances the design? No.

Does the design have any other concerns? No.

Summary of Any Competitive Concerns/Suggestions for Changes:

Be interesting to test with Mummy and Frankenstein. Other movers and adjacent things are also reasonable but I'm not seeing any of them breaking this guy.

Jungle Leap is based directly on Water Leap from Aqualad, so hesitate to differ too much from the mold.

So about ~7 hours for this!

Definitely won't be able to get through the initial this weekend, but will make an effort over the week (unless someone else has a chance to put some time in).

I was planning to run Guile next, but I could prioritize Blanka here if you want. Not sure I'd be able to get an initial in before you could though.
