3 Markers // Defense reduction

But if we go down to 2 Markers, no preference on the latter. I think 6 Attack is fine as a "base stat" ceiling for him.

1) 3 Markers - seems a lot more fun
2) Defence subtraction - more mechanically interesting to me, and seems to make more thematic sense than him out-punching Wonder Woman (though admittedly I don't know this guy). I don't have a strong preference here, and could see it either way.

Just seems a little... generic. I always imagined that as a power name for something that gave you Cybernetic Repair + the Cyborg species, Kryptonian DNA style. It feels like this is representing optic enhancements that allow him to not care about terrain boosts? I guess I'm saying I'd want the type of enhancements that allow him to do this stuff conveyed.

His strength is also augmented is some unexplained fashion, just to make him more dangerous.

I guess the bottom line is they never said what type of enhancements he has.

I'd be down with Optical Enhancements as explaining the theme a bit more cleanly.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
